HOW WE WORK
The Osé Studio offers a fully personalised service, guiding you through every step of the design process to craft a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellry.
We understand that purchasing diamonds, an engagement ring, or even a "just because" ring can feel overwhelming, which is why we've streamlined what can often be a daunting task. Our transparent, three-step process ensures you stay informed and confident when making your final choice.
Step 1
INITITIAL CONSULTATION
On receiving your enquiry, Clare will take you though a comprehensive education on diamonds and coloured gem stones depending on your preferences.
By the end of the session you will have the confidence to understand what you are looking for and how to make the best selection for your budget and vision.
In this phase, we will also present you with some initial design ideas. We can do this online with video calls and images or we can meet in person in our Hatton Garden studio.
Step 2
choosing your gemstones
We don't hold stock of gemstones or diamonds (unless we find some gorgeous rare beauties, in which case we will) but rather we utilise a network of diamond wholesalers so that we can curate the perfect selection of gemstones to show you.
Our guidance and recommendations are completely impartial, ensuring you get the best gemstone for your design, at the best price.
step 3
Moving Into Production
Once we have finalised the stones and the design your ring is either handmade, or crafted using modern practices. We keep you close to the process with images and video updates as your bespoke piece comes together.
Our production time is anywhere between 4-8 weeks depending on the intricacy of the piece.
